The message is supposed to be engineering excellence but they seem to be failing that badly with this product. Novell badly need to lift their game in this area. I get the feeling support isn't catching bugs very well or not taking them seriously, leading to development missing the chance to fix issues because they don't know they're there. More concerning to me is that a ridiculously basic GUI bug I identified took over a month to get support to admit through an SR.
