One of the features most appreciated by our guests is the proximity to the sea. Each room is surrounded by greenery and has its own balcony or terrace. These quiet cottages are named Palm, Eucalyptus, Sun, Aleatico, Moon, Pinetree, Mimosa, Nightingale, Butterbush, Urchin and Sage their names were suggested to us by their peculiar position within the green mediterranean vegetation which surrounds the hotel. The hotel provides hospitality in forty rooms located in small cottages (each of which uses 2 or 12 rooms) located in a park of more than 10,000 square meters which extends down to our private beach. The hotel provides hospitality in forty rooms located in small villas (that have from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12 bedrooms) within a park covering more than 10,000 m2 and including our own private beach. Since then, the hotel has expanded and been renovated several times, but the reserved and amicable welcome to guests has never changed. The initial part of the hotel Capo Sud was built in 1955 by the Di Puccio family, which still manages it today.
